Mabuhay!  May 7th was the Filipino Fiesta and it’s one of the Honolulu Filipino Jaycees biggest projects of the year.  RPJ was ready to lend a helping hand as President Anthony Higa and member Roly Navarro were on site to help out their fellow Jaycees.
