Nicole Rodwell – Community Director

Nicole was born in Lincoln, Nebraska on a snowy Christmas morning as the 5
th of 6 children.  She grew up on a farm in a tiny country town that doesn’t make it on most maps and attended school in another town so small that if you blinked as you drove by, you would miss it.  In junior high, her family moved to the big city of Lincoln.  She was on the volleyball, basketball, softball, and track teams throughout all her years at school.  She also briefly played tennis and cheered, although if y’all have ever seen her attempts at ACE cheers on the volleyball courts, you can understand why cheering didn’t last long! Her senior year of high school took her to Oak Harbor, Washington.  After graduation, she returned to Nebraska where she attended the University of Nebraska and Chadron State College.  She currently works as a Payroll Specialist for the Sullivan Family of Companies.  She also teaches 4th-6th grade Sunday school and is a women’s bible study leader at Anchor Church.  In her free time, she loves to volunteer with various organizations, spend time at the beach, hike, play volleyball, and read.  One thing she hopes to achieve this year as part of the Board is to make as much of a positive impact as she can.
