The US Jaycees (USJC) unveiled their “Spring Into Membership” contest this month.  Every Jaycee member that recruits two new members from April 4th to May 31 2014 will be entered for a chance to win a prize!  AND for any additional two members recruited, another prize entry will be awarded.  Prizes are as follows:
